A cup of coffee.
A coke.
A glass of milk.
Many people have their "morning must". My mom has two. Sometimes she has a cold glass a milk...so cold she puts ice in it, which I find strange, but to each their own. And sometimes it is a diet coke.
I never really had a morning must until lately. If you know me at all, you know that I'm an EXTREMELY picky eaters. Vegetables and fruits...not exactly in my diet. In my world, mac-and-cheese totally counts as a veggie. Doesn't it in yours?
The husband is always trying to get me to "eat like an adult". :) He tells me that when I become pregnant with child someday I will have to eat "real foods"....all his words, not mine.
A couple of months ago, he convinced me to try V8 fusion. I bought two kinds to try.
Pomegranate Blueberry
and Strawberry Banana
I wasn't really crazy about the pomegranate blueberry...a bit much for me.
But I love the Strawberry Banana. Now I have one every morning on my way to work. I get a full serving of vegetables and a full serving of fruits every morning before 8AM. It amazing!!
What's your morning must?
I totally give that to my girls to drink... just to make sure they get enough fruits and veggies. I've tasted it and I like it - I should probably drink more though!
